HOBB Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 08/01/2025

At HOBB Market (operated by Jacobs Imports Inc. d/b/a HOBB – House of Beloved Brands), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase, as certain restrictions apply due to the nature of the products we sell.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 10 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly with HOBB Market.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (including food, beverages, and similar consumables)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and personal care items (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale – no refunds or exchanges)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery (if accepted as an exception)

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Rejected refunds (due to condition, timing, or ineligible items) will not be returned to you unless shipping is arranged at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank, as posting times may vary.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@jacobsimports.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to request an exchange, email info@jacobsimports.com within 10 days of delivery.


Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it is received and approved.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
  • By making a purchase on HOBB Market, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
