Order Processing

Orders shipped by HOBB are delivered from Monday to Sunday (except holidays; some areas may not receive Sunday deliveries due to carrier restrictions).

• Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process and ship.
• During peak order periods, processing may take an additional 3–4 business days.

HOBB delivers packages through third-party logistics partners.
The delivery date displayed on our website is an estimated reference time, forecasted based on inventory status, standard processing procedures, delivery method, and destination.

Please ensure your legal name, delivery address, and contact information are entered accurately.

HOBB is NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• One or more items in the order being out of stock
• Inaccurate or invalid recipient name or address
• No recipient available to receive or sign for the delivery, resulting in re-delivery costs
• Force majeure, including natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations, or strikes

Out-of-Stock Handling

• If an item (or items) in your order is out of stock and unavailable, HOBB may cancel all or part of your order.
• You will receive an email notification if your entire order is canceled due to out-of-stock items.
• If only part of your order is out of stock:
  • The unavailable items will be removed
  • Remaining items will be shipped
  • You will receive an email notification
  • A refund for the out-of-stock items will be issued

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York and applicable out-of-state destinations.

• Orders placed before 10:30 AM PST: same-day delivery
• Orders placed after 10:30 AM PST: next-day delivery
• Excludes holidays and high-demand periods

Two-Day Express

Two-Day Express rates are tiered by weight:

• First 10 lbs: $19.99
• Each additional 10 lbs: $19.99

Examples:

• 15 lb order: $19.99 + $19.99 = $39.98
• 25 lb order: $19.99 × 3 = $59.97

Alaska / Hawaii

Shipping rates start at $19.99 and are tiered by weight:

• 1–4.99 lbs: $19.99
• 5–9.99 lbs: $29.99
• 10–16.99 lbs: $44.99
• 17–21.99 lbs: $59.99
• 22–26.99 lbs: $64.99
• 27–31.99 lbs: $79.99
• ≥ 32 lbs: $84.99

For orders over 32 lbs, an additional $15 is charged for each successive 10 lb range.

Special Handling Fee

For Standard Shipping orders:

• If order weight exceeds 30 lbs
• And order total is less than $100
• A $2.99 special handling fee will apply
  (Even if the order qualifies for free shipping)

Order weight is calculated using HOBB measurement data. Minor observational discrepancies may occur.

Special Notes

1. Customers may request to modify their shipping address before shipment at no additional cost.
2. Once shipping has begun:
   • Address change requests will be forwarded to the carrier
   • A $17 modification fee applies if successful
   • No fee is charged if the modification fails
3. HOBB does not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses
